Hot tub removal is priced $100 per seat — the more seats, the larger the tub, and the more it takes to drain, dismantle, and haul away.

Access
How far items are from the truck, tight hallways, and gate or elevator access can add time to a job.
Stairs
Multiple flights or a walk-up unit take longer to clear than ground-level access.
Weight and volume
Dense items like concrete, dirt, and tile weigh far more than furniture of the same size, which affects disposal cost.
Hazardous items
Items requiring special handling or disposal (see below) are quoted separately, not as part of a standard load.
What we don't take
We take almost everything: furniture, appliances, mattresses, garage and household junk, yard waste, construction debris, and whole-property cleanouts. We cannot haul hazardous materials such as wet paint, chemicals, or tires, which require special disposal. See what we will and won't take.
