By scheduling junk removal services with JT Junk Solutions, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

All quotes are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, a free on-site assessment. The price is confirmed before we begin loading. For junk removal, a quoted price changes only if you add items beyond what was quoted, and only after you agree to the price for those additions before we load them. Quotes for our other services are guaranteed as given.

Items we do not haul

We cannot haul hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, fuels, motor oil, asbestos, or medical waste — and we cannot take tires in quantity.

Property and damage

If we damage your property, we will repair or replace at our cost within 48 hours.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion. We accept credit and debit cards, ACH, and cash.

Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to one hour before the scheduled window with no charge.
