By scheduling junk removal services with JT Junk Solutions, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

All quotes are based on the description and photos you provide. The final price is confirmed in writing or verbally before we begin loading. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will discuss any price change with you before proceeding.

Items we do not haul

We do not haul hazardous materials including paint, chemicals, motor oil, asbestos, or medical waste. We do not haul large quantities of tires.

Property and damage

We are fully insured. If we damage your property, we will repair or replace at our cost within 48 hours.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and cash.

Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to one hour before the scheduled window with no charge.
