We cannot haul hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, fuels, motor oil, asbestos, or medical waste — and we cannot take tires in quantity. If you are unsure, just ask.

Not always. As long as the items are accessible (driveway, curb, garage, or unlocked side gate), we can pick up while you are away and send you a digital invoice afterward.

Yes. We donate usable items to local Austin charities and route metal, appliances, mattresses, and electronics to recyclers wherever possible. We never illegally dump.
